Attack on Titan is for kids and teens that are mature

The show has a great plot. I would say to start watching around 12 years old because there is a lot ofblood and gore. There is smoking and drinking, but little amounts. The show has the B and S words but no F word. I really like this show and hope whoever reading this review will like/likes the show.

Only for older audiences

This show is not for young children. The gore is the worst I’ve ever seen in anime like the scene is season 4 where a police officer has his dogs eat a little girl for fun or the scene where a chatter dies and her children are forced to eat her corpse. There is nothing sexual except for the scene in season 3 where a man dumbs another boys Che’s thinking he is a girl and is saying mone for me but nothing explicit is shown. The plot is really goodand it has some positive messages for people but… (spoiler) the main character massacre 80% of humanity in the end before getting decapitated by having Titans stomp on people. I don’t think that the 15+ rating is outrageous like other ratings on here but when some people are saying it’s for all ages is stupid and even my dad who is a fan of the series had to spend a few weeks thinking about if he felt I was old enough to watch it. Don’t be stupid and let young children watch this anime.

Isayama probably has a photo of every character in his room and throws darts to see which character it hits

It is definitely for a mature audience, obviously because of the blood and gore, but I rate it 13+ only because of how complex the story actually is. The cussing is mediocre, the subtitles usually say "sh*t" or "f*ck." When it comes to sex, there are no innuendos. There are some scenes where NSFW is slightly portrayed, but it is only to show messed up things, such as a scene in season 3 where armin,dressed as a girl, is groomed by an adult man. The characters are realistic and are not cliched. Every character's story is in depth and important. Characters are often put in traumatic and horrible situations in order to show how horrible the world actually is, even without titans. So, pretty much every character is mentally ill at this point. Characters are good role models, showing things like teamwork and bravery, although this is put off by the dark themes of the show. Overall, 10/10.

This can actually teach your child to represent themselves

I believe this show is amazing and personally it feels like Naruto even could be more inappropriate but then inappropriate is a strong word and it certainly doesn’t apply. The only thing to watch out for is the main antagonists up until near end. They are creepy and may cause nightmares but I promise, it’s sticker-rating is very very incorrect. Thanks :)

Depends on your child.

Look, If you are a parent and looking at this review itdepends on your child's maturity. This shows first episode is gore but is ok for a mature 12-year-old. Check out the first episode yourself in my opinion and you can decide! I started watching this at 12 actually. If not, I recommend buying them the manga as the blood is purely black and white. :) I Hope this helped.

Age rating of attack on titan

Attack on Titan age: Attack on Titan has mild violence, but other than violence the plot is very gentle. Highly recommend this show for older Pre teens, such as 11 and up.

Good for teens that show great positive messages.

It is good for 13 and above ages.It is good because it gives positive messages and It gives positve messages and show that we should not lose hope . It is really good.There is no adult content. It have violence like it shows dead bodies and some people are massacred by Titans however it does not show direct killings means killing is not shown but bodies are.It is really good for ages 13 and above.It is good for entertainment also.

Anyone who’s mature enough can and should watch AOT

This is the best anime I’ve ever watched and I recommend it to anyone who reads this! Honestly, if you’re mature enough to withstand blood and the occasional titan butt, you can watch it. There’s only a few graphic scenes, but if you are decent with blood, they’re good. Not really much nudity, you get the back of a titan and for the female titan, there’s breasts but yk?? There’s no sex or sexual themes. Also, later on it gets political, so justknow your kids/you should know of politics before watching. I wouldn’t say 9 or younger should watch, but it depends on the parent. All 4 seasons are great and it has a really good storyline. It also taught me to be grateful to live with what we have & not in a dystopian world.

This show is is rated bad because of nudity, yet the Titans have no reproductive organs, so it's just a butt, and in the case of female titans there are no nipples. This show swears, but thereare no f words. There is no sex and there is very little drinking/smoking. There is violence because they are in a fight against man eating titans. It isn't enough to be disturbing and it's cartoon so it's definitely not bad. All in all this show is very good and I recommend it highly to anyone mature enough to handle it. I say 13-15 years old and above is a good place to start. The characters have great determination and really inspire. This show personally really helped with depression at ayoung age for me and I think I'm happier and a better person for watching it.

How old should you be to watch AOT?

I would say that 15 or 16 is a good general age, because you need to be mature enough to understand the themes and the general messages of the show.

Is AOT kid friendly?

This helps us sort answers on the page. Yes it's very suitable for children. ANYTHING is better then watching reality tv shows that like the Kardashians or shows like Jersey shore at least AOT has good morals to the story line and get people involved.

Can a 12 year old play Attack on Titan 2?

So yes, I'd say let your child play it. Definitely would recommend 12 and above children to play this, it will help them grow more mature, into learning more about survival and grief.

Is AOT age restricted?

There is no age restriction, though Hulu does tell you that you have to be mature.
